We aim to process refunds quickly and fairly.  

Refund Approval

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified via email whether your refund has been approved or declined.  

Refund Processing Time

- If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.  
- Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take up to 14 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Additional Notes

- Refunds are issued in USD.  
- No restocking fees apply.
- Refunds cannot be redirected to another account or card.
