At Cozy Kawaii, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged items.
  • Exchanges are accepted.
  • Return shipping is FREE.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • Original tags and packaging must be included.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

To start a return, email hello@cozykawaii.shop or use our contact page with your order details. Approved returns will receive a prepaid return label and instructions.

Returns without approval cannot be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with clear photos or videos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Personal care or hygiene items
  • Hazardous or flammable materials
  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

If you want a different size, color, or product, please place a new order once your return is accepted.

EU Customers

EU customers have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you about approval.
  • If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
