Products must be new or slightly used, and returned by mail.

- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you return instructions.
Return Shipping:
The return label and shipping cost are the customer’s responsibility.
First return on each order is free.
Restocking Fee:
No restocking fee will be charged.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges.
If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us first to confirm availability.
Once your original item is returned and approved, you can place a new order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us immediately with clear photos or videos.
We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email about approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method in USD within 7 business days.
